Essential information for inflatable rentals: bouncy fun for every occasion

    • A 30% deposit is required to secure your rental.
    • The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 7 or more days before your event.
    • The remaining balance is due prior to or at setup.
    • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is paid and a confirmation email is received.

    • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event qualify for a full deposit refund.
    • To reschedule, you must contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
    • Once setup begins, the full balance is due, and no refunds or discounts will be issued — including for weather-related interruptions.

    • Delivery includes setup and takedown of all equipment.
    • Inflatables are typically picked up the next day. At the end of your event, please turn off and unplug the blower only.
    • Do not clean the machines or inflatables. Our team will handle all cleaning and sanitation after pickup.
    • Customer must ensure clear, level access for setup. Please inform us in advance of any stairs, tight spaces, concrete surfaces, or indoor setups — additional fees may apply.
    • Permits for public parks or venues are the customer’s responsibility.
    • We will call or text you up to 24 hours before your rental date with your delivery and pickup window.
    • Most deliveries and pickups occur between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You will be notified if our drivers are delayed or require more time due to scheduling or weather conditions.

    • We offer 3,500-watt and 6,500-watt generators upon request. Prices are listed on our website.
    • If you do not rent a generator from us, you are responsible for supplying adequate power.
    • Each blower uses 10–18 amps. Some inflatables require two blowers. Power needs are listed on each inflatable’s product page.
    • There are no refunds or discounts for issues related to insufficient or faulty customer-supplied power.

    • Wind speeds above 15 mph are considered inclement weather.
    • In the event of rain or winds exceeding 15 mph, all inflatable blowers must be turned off immediately, and participants must evacuate the inflatable units for safety.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor weather conditions during the rental.
    • No refunds or discounts will be issued due to weather-related shutdowns once setup has occurred.

    • Must be operated on dry, flat surfaces away from water or heat.
    • Do not clean the machines or inflatables. Our team will handle all cleaning and sanitation after pickup.

    • Adult supervision is required at all times.
    • Weight and capacity limits must be followed and are listed on each inflatable.
    • No food, drinks, pets, face paint, sharp objects, or shoes inside inflatables.
    • Do not move equipment after setup.
    • Customer is fully liable for damage, loss, or misuse during the rental.

    • Ryte Way 2 Party is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
    • The customer assumes full responsibility for the safety of all guests using the rented equipment.
    • Proof of insurance is available upon request.

    • We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems, underground utilities, lawns, or landscaping.
    • Mark all hazards before delivery and setup.

  • We may take photos or videos of our setups for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing.
